1 cup of sliced almonds
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1/2 cup of cashews
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of honey
pinch of salt
Mix and roast all nuts and seeds for 5 minutes
In a small pot, add brown sugar, honey, and salt. Heat until uniform.
Simmer for 4 minutes
Add sugar/honey mixture to nut/seed pan and mix
Let cook on the stove for four minutes.
optional: add dried cranberries
Add mixture to a baking tray that will fit mixture and flat with spatula
Refrigerate for about an hour, then enjoy
