Instructions

  1. Add 1/4 cup of sliced/crushed almonds to bowl
  2. Add 1/2 cup of quick cooking oats
  3. Add 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  4. Add 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  5. Grind 3 tbsp of flaxssed and add to bowl
  6. Add 1.5 cups of boiling water
  7. Peel banana and cut slices off with spoon into bowl
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of slice bananas
