Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 ripe banana (or 2 tbsp of sugar)
- 1 1/4 cups of water (or almond milk)
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of chia seads (optional)
Instructions
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, chia seeds, and thinly slice the banana (or sugar) into a large bowl.
- Pour in the water, olive oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Heat pan to medium-low.
- Pour 1/4 cup for each pancake.
