1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
1 1/4 cups of water (or almond milk)
1 egg (optional)
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar to large bowl and mix.
Pour in the water, olive oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Heat pan to medium-high
Pour 1/4 cup for each pancake
