Tofu Scramble

Tools Ingredients Instructions
  1. Place pan on stove and set to medium heat
  2. Dice up tomato, garlic, and mushrooms, and place into pan. Let cook for a few minutes, then add spinach
  3. Place block of tofu into pan and chop/mash up with spatula and stir with rest of ingredients
  4. Place 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, and 1/2 tsp of salt into pan and mix
  5. Regularly mix the contents of the pan for about 5 minutes then serve
